The Services are offered only upon acceptance of the present general terms, rules and clauses herein.

If you do not agree with these conditions or if you are under 18 years old – do not use company-bulgaria.com.

“Using” company-bulgaria.com means actions of the type: clicking on links, entering information, creating documents, uploading content or browsing (the so-called browsing). By using company-bulgaria.com you agree to these general terms and conditions.

company-bulgaria.com offers both free and paid services. These general conditions apply to both types of services.

Prices, fees, payment method, complaints and refunds

On each page of company-bulgaria.com, in which a specific product is presented as a service, a specific price for the service is indicated, as well as what the price includes.

1) by bank transfer;

2) in cash;

For all services of company-bulgaria.com, an advance payment of a fee is due.

The refusal of an order is possible only until the moment when the service has started to be performed by company-bulgaria.com, and this moment is assessed for each specific service according to the way of its execution. The refusal must be requested in writing in free text at e-mail address info@company-bulgaria.com and the text of the message must contain sufficient data to identify the order.

For order with a total value of up to EUR 400, for which documents for the service have already been prepared and sent to the client, if the client refuses to perform the services, no refunds will be made.

Up to 50% of the value of the ordered and already paid services, for which we have prepared and sent the documents, is refunded.

After receipt of documents in fulfillment of an order by company-bulgaria.com, it is possible to refund the paid fee in the event that the relevant document does not comply with the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria. The amount is refunded within 30 days from the presentation of concrete evidence of the out-of-dateness of a part of a document or an entire document. It is necessary to provide the current legislation that conflicts with the document.

company-bulgaria.com considers complaints and claims from users sent through the contact form on the site or in writing to the e-mail address info@company-bulgaria.com. All complaints in connection with the services provided by company-bulgaria.com will be considered within a reasonable time and the sender will be sent a response according to the result. Complaints are settled immediately as long as no assistance is required from the user.

Personal data

The protection of your personal data is a high priority for us.

General provisions

“COMPANY in BULGARIA” was established in 2009. Our staff have a wealth of experience in incorporating companies throughout Bulgaria. We can provide a full range of professional services including company formations, registered office service, company compliance and bank account assistance.

“COMPANY in BULGARIA”

You accept and agree that in no way does an official, partnership, agency legal relationship arise between you and company-bulgaria.com. If any clause or part of these General Terms and Conditions is invalid, this does not invalidate the entire Agreement. The invalid clause should be interpreted (and replaced) according to the nearest statutory provision with a similar purpose.

Apart from the cases expressly stated in the general conditions, this Agreement governs all legal relations between the user/user and company-bulgaria.com regarding the use of company-bulgaria.com. This Agreement supersedes all past or present communications and offers between us (both parties) – electronic, oral and written. You may not transfer to a third party any rights arising for you from these General Terms and Conditions without the express written permission of company-bulgaria.com. The rights of company-bulgaria.com in relation to these General Terms and Conditions may be transferred to another person. All rights not expressly granted by this Agreement to others remain the rights of company-bulgaria.com.

company-bulgaria.com can officially communicate with you by all means of communication such as email, mail, publications on company-bulgaria.com, etc.

A printed version of these Terms and Conditions or any communication in electronic form shall have the same legal force as written documents in legal and non-legal disputes relating to this Agreement. All parties accept and agree to this Agreement.
